We will launch campaigns to create awareness about the importance of decency in organizational and community life. At the same time, we will begin to address systemic issues by generating and disseminating new knowledge about decency and its values though formal and informal education channels. Decency Matters will enable innovative approaches to improving the quality of life for citizens and employees.

There is a growing group of leaders prepared to re-examine and redefine fundamental organization purpose and principles which go well beyond maximising shareholder value. Some progressive corporations are now demonstrating leadership by speaking openly about the need to rebuild trust in business.
